Movetips Products and Human Function AI Workbench

Movetips has a working professional workbench that can be demonstrated and used. This is more than a website describing HFWM. It is a product environment for therapists, trainers, and other authorized professionals, bringing knowledge exchange, professional learning, member service, and function-related records into ongoing workflows. The availability and readiness of specific features depend on the actual deployed version, authorization, and verification status.

The Manager App and the operating system are not the same thing

The Human Function Operating System describes a broader technical and service architecture. The Movetips Manager App is an application entry point for professionals. The Human Function AI Workbench supports day-to-day member-service, learning, and tool workflows. The product should not be presented as merely a generic chatbot or as an already validated autonomous clinical decision system.

One workbench, three distinctly governed chat contexts

Free Chat (FREE) supports discussion of terminology, research materials, general questions, and professional methods. Its suggestions are references and do not automatically become official records for real members. Learning Chat (LEARNING) provides a course-linked environment for authorized learning, simulated cases, practice, and assessment. Member Service Chat (MEMBER_SERVICE) supports work with a real, authorized member, including evaluation, service programs, training or clinical execution records where permitted, reporting, and follow-up.

These entry points may share human-function knowledge and reasoning methods while maintaining separate evidence, identity, authority, timeline, and formal confirmation boundaries.

From first contact to an ongoing professional service

Profile: Establish the authorized member–provider relationship and record service context and objectives. Assessment: Select appropriate tools and record observations, tests, and evidence. Judgment: Interpret the person's demand, capacity, engagement, risks, and unresolved questions. Program: Record an appropriate professional service direction. Execution: Plan and document actual sessions, training, or authorized clinical activities. Feedback: Capture performance, observations, experiences, and events. Reassessment: Determine what has changed and whether prior assumptions remain supported. Report: Summarize relevant evidence over a defined period and inform subsequent decisions.

The sequence is the workbench's organizing framework, not a promise that every professional role can conduct clinical procedures or that AI can autonomously confirm a diagnosis.

Quick capture, tools, drafts, and formal records

Real-world service requires fast capture of relevant information, reusable assessment and action tools, and a defensible transition from rough notes to reviewed records. Movetips continues to develop workflows for quick capture, tool search, candidate drafts, evidence details, reports, and summaries so that input, organization, professional confirmation, and formal recordkeeping have distinct responsibilities. Features that have not been stably released should not be advertised as complete deliverables.

Why longitudinal history matters

A person's functional status does not end when a chat session closes. Repeated assessment, execution, feedback, and reports should allow professionals to reconstruct what changed, when it changed, and what evidence supports the interpretation. Formal records must respect user role, backend validation, and professional confirmation. Historical evidence must not be silently overwritten by a new inference; simulated lessons and general chat must not manufacture real member facts.

Role boundaries and safe professional use

Therapists, trainers, and other practitioners have different responsibilities and legal permissions. The product should present functions according to verified roles, access scopes, and risk constraints. Nonclinical fitness instruction is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or licensed clinical treatment. A software recommendation can organize information, but it does not eliminate professional responsibility or justify inferring a precise diagnosis from one symptom.

Product and learning entry points

The product's role is to give human-function understanding, judgment, service, evidence, and feedback a practical and continuous working environment.
